I'd recommend placing a feature to submit product feedback and suggestions on the website and a direct way to contact your team on the website (outside of the email address we are provided). Truthfully, I had to dig around the website until I found the email address. At a minimum, I would have expected the email address to be listed in the support section and the website's footer where I found it.
The job application only allows one document to be uploaded, but there are times when I would like to request additional documents. I recommend having the ability to have applicants upload more than one document and the ability to name the document they are uploading. Also, I would like to recommend that the platform admin have the ability to list specific documents to be uploaded within the upload portion of the application.
CVViZ has potential, and I await upgrades and updates.

Jun 3, 2024Thanks for the feedback. However, information you have listed is incorrect. Candidate can upload multiple document while applying for the job. You can add multiple pre-screening questions for documents. For example, you can ask for their driving license, ID proof, etc. But these need to be separate questions.
Regarding, naming the document - they can change the name of the file before uploading.
In the pre-screening question itself one can mention what all documents are accepted.
These features were always there.
