Separate Accounts: Each assistant will need their own separate CXAssist account with a unique email address. Make sure they sign up with the email address they want the AI to manage.

Code Redemption: If you’re purchasing additional codes, ensure each code is redeemed on the specific account intended for that assistant.

Training the AI: Once the accounts are set up, train the AI for each assistant’s specific needs. This includes uploading documents, using website URLs, or entering content that reflects the types of emails they’ll handle.
