Q: No reply from support

Trying to add domains, didn't work, now been waiting 3 days for support and no answer. Their customer success team emailed me but seems totally disconnected from the support team, who is not getting back.

I can confirm that the team replied to my query. It seems that the business alias email I am writing from was blocked for some reason, and they answered very quickly to my request when I sent the email from my gmail account. The team resolved the issue in less than 1 hour, thank you!
