A: Desklog currently provides two types of tracking: "app-based tracking" and "web-based tracking."

If a team member installs the Desklog client app ( https://desklog.io/download/ ) on their computer for work, they are classified as an "app-based" user. The app will automatically track their work once they log in. ( Attendance, screenshots, idle time tracking everything will be there in the tracking method ).

On the other hand, "web-based tracking" only begins tracking work when you log into the web interface and manually click the "work start" button.
