Thank you for your feedback! You can upgrade your tier by adding the AppSumo coupon code from your existing Desklog admin account. Simply purchase the code from AppSumo and apply it to your current Desklog account.

To do this, navigate to Settings > Subscriptions, then click on the "Add More" button and paste your new code.
