For now, you can connect it to Telegram or use the HTTP Request node if WhatsApp’s API fits your needs. Customers/staff could interact with it via a link or iframe on your site, and you can train it with data stored in Diaflow Tables or Vectors.

Yes, we support datasets like financial tables! Each table holds up to 15,000 records/table, and there’s no limit on table count. You could store financial data, then have the chatbot query it using an LLM node. For training, upload your data to a Diaflow Vector and configure the bot’s prompts.
