I ask because most of your replies seem to be just AI garble, without much actual info addressing the expressed concerns. I will see someone say 'uploading video' doesn't work, and your reply is very long, but mostly just, 'I'm very sorry for this. Uploading video is very important when it comes to postcasts....'
And why does it seem you were here years ago, but now you are back and so many things still don't work? I also see many, many low-star reviews, and many mention that your support is non-existent. What's going on? Do you have a dedicated team or what?
I've bought your top tier with hopes to use this for a podcast later, but I'm tempted to refund if it becomes obvious that you are struggling to deliver on your promises and can't even reply to to people who reach out to your support for help.

What a bummer-- it is AI generated. I thought I got a meaningful response from a developer. My questions were answered in the affirmative, but after using it, I find that my test footage doesn't work. That was the whole point of my purchase. The categories are rigid, as well as silly profile picture requirements (ie, every image must be a certain size).

Ok, glad to know you are just using AI writing tools to reply to people, which explains why none of your answers/comments seem to make much sense.
I'm sad to hear this, as I bought the max Tier, but will almost certainly have to refund, as it seems you aren't really improving things, just using AI to write the 'best' answers to bad reviews and people's concerns. The 1-star reviews seem justified.
