Q: User permissions

Hello,
I noticed that when we add users, they are granted full permissions for everything.
When adding a user, there’s no option to modify settings during the invitation process. How can we change that?

Is there any particular resource you want granular access on? We can make that happen ^_^

Here is what happens when you invite a user; their permissions are limited to resources they owe solely. For example if they connect a Google calendar, create an event, or have a meeting booked, it is only applied to them. Their activities and resources are isolated from other users unless for team-level resources.

Does this help or do you need granular permission on any particular resources?

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply! Could you double-check that? I added a user through Settings -> Users (like in documentation) , and they seem to have access to all settings, including billing (manage subscription?) details and the AppSumo tier I'm on.
From what I can see this was the only option to add a user to a team. I don't see any settings to restrict those permissions. Thanks

Thank you, we have added an update so that only permitted users can view/manage sensitive organizational, billing and user details.
