Q: Hey Brian, I followed the activation instructions to the dot but still seeing upgrade in my Account.

Can you please provide proper clearer instructions so that I don't waste my time?

A: Hello Anil,

I think you're talking about the Billing page on the dashboard. That is for users who purchased through our own website and not AppSumo. After you complete the redemption and get the verification email, your account is upgraded to Lifetime plan. The Billing part is a UI bug that we will hide from AppSumo users since you have Lifetime Access.

Hi again, we made a fix for this. If you logout and login again everything should look correct.

Just to repeat again, this was only a UI issue, your access to the product and all features have been active all the time.

Thanks, Brian. I will check again... just haven't had a chance since I asked the question. Appreciate such a fast response. I did read a bunch of questions earlier and I thought it would work fine but I was stuck the very first time I tried because I couldn't tell what was happening like if it's frozen or something happening at the backend etc. Any tutorial showing how to use it?
