Hello, I'm looking at using make to create a connecting typeform <> custom claude project <> documentero <> email document <> add to CRM. Is this possible?
A: Hi. You need to use Documentero in Zapier/Make/Pabbly workflow. You can prepare and pass and data into "Documentero step" and then download output document and pass it to another system.
Documentero is an awesome tool that I've really been needing. However, I noticed it doesn't have a CNAME feature yet. It would be great if the Documentero team could add that, along with a white label option for the email sender. Thanks!
A: Hi. Thanks for using Documentero. You can full customize email sender however if you want to send email from your own domain you need to setup Zapier/Make workflow as of now. We will consider adding CNAME in the future releases.
From what I can see, if I needed say 3,000 PDF generations in a month, there is no option for AppSumo accounts to purchase credits (as needed). Please correct me if I am wrong.
A link that is sent to a person do download the PDF expires after 10 minutes? Is this correct? If so, how do we make the link at least a few days before it expires. (For example, someone at work requests at the end for Friday, what then generates a PDF and won’t be back to check their email until the beginning of the work week.) Thanks

The majority of the PDF remains constant, but certain sections are dynamically customized according to the user's answers. For the customizable sections, I plan to use placeholder areas that will be filled with text generated by ChatGPT. This content will be based on information or documents that I provide on specific topics. Finally, the personalized PDF should be automatically delivered to the user (e.g., via email or download link). And what possibilities i have to create a beautiful template? Can i upload my own with my own images? And can i deliver via API?

We have a specific need where we will need to generate around 10,000 pdfs in January and less than 1,000 all year round. Is there anything that might work for us instead of paying the equivalent of 10,000 pdf credits all year round?
A: Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, due to the monthly reset of counters, generating 10,000 PDFs in one month would require a non-ltd plan. It would be possible using our yearly plans!
