Untransparent limits which you will find after purchase
We purchased a deal half a year ago and transferred our Client's websites to monitoring.
The soft uptime monitoring is working well. But while we were finishing the tests, transferring, and setting up 30 monitors for our Clients, we noticed that up to 100 monitors can send notifications only to 10 notification contacts (not even users).
It wasn't mentioned on Appsumo, LTD deal terms and conditions. We asked here and in support, but they can't propose any solution. Also, the deal isn't stackable.
I can't recommend this deal to any agency.

Thanks for your review. AppSumo only allows us to add up-to 10 features listed on the product page. Because of this, we've listed the Pro plan tier name: "Monthly (100 monitors, 100 domains)". This is the tier listed on our website's pricing page, which, upon sign-up you're also agreeing to the plan's features and functionality as per our own terms and conditions.
"Notification contacts" has has this tier based limit, much like "Domain availability", "Blacklist monitors" and "Status pages" since 2020.
In terms of customer support, we attempted to iterate all of this information to yourself, but found there to be challenging communications.
The deal not being "Stackable" is mentioned by AppSumo on our page "Please note: This deal is not stackable"
