Q: Why are updates so slow?
I see in your discord updates are not being done; some people have requested certain features like one click copy HTML code months ago and it still isn't available, plus still lots of bugs; whats going on and why are features and fixes not being handled??

As you can see on our discord, we are working on our Emailing platform that integrates Dragit (That is the reason Dragit came to life). All bugs are fixed asap, but feature requests are prioritized based on the customer's demands - for ex. we have hundreds of customers wanting to see Popup/Forms, so that is what is being focused on. Not on feature requests that few people ask for.
When it comes to platform improvements, we always evaluate and reevaluate all customer feedback. However, there are literally thousands of requests, and this does not automatically mean we will (and can) follow everyone's advice.
You can always talk to us on our Discord and see the changelog and improvements being made.
WonkaPLUSThere are not thousands of requests on Dragit; I checked in Discord. It’s very disappointing. I've used Dragit for a year now, and it’s still the same—still the same bugs and nothing new being added. For your information, I’ve switched back to Stripo, one of your competitors, who does a much better job. I can at least rely on their tool and use it with my clients; no bugs, + 1 click HTML copy

As I told you on our discord, there are no active bugs reported, as the issues you reported are only a feature requests.
It may seem that there has been no updates for Dragit but last year we did more than 150+ improvements, including whole new platform, template management, premade template categories, auto-save, versions and more
