Q: re we able to download our Animations?
I have tried downloading the animation I created multiple times and it just stays stuck at the "Generating Now, Please wait"

Oct 14, 2024A: Hi, which format you export? mp4, webm or others? The first time you export, it will download a plugin before generate.
Could you save the project as .drawtify file, then send to support@drawtify.com. I can help you to test it.

You can choose file format on the right-top. When you download image, you can find download project button at the right-bottom.
