I purchased the Lifetime deal on Thursday 10/24. I followed the precise steps to redeem the code. Every attempt to "Apply" the code has failed. I have reached out to your Support. Please let me know if there is a step that I am missing to revert my free account to the Lifetime Premium account. Thank you.
