Dropboard - Plus Exclusive Reviews

I really like this platform's potential and I continue to support the founder, but there were a couple key primary features that it still lacks. To date, I'm still mostly using a competitor (for which I hate--it's clunky) and am hoping to be able to migrate to Dropboard at some point once they get these features done.

To be fair, I just logged in again and Dropboard has been making progress. Hat tip to them.

The initially missing functionality for me with a status update is below

1) DONE: The UX for the job posting formatting WAS really difficult to use and limiting. I just logged in again to check a posting I tried to do earlier, and it looks like they made some material improvements in doing this. Thank you! This is much better. Could it still use a little polish? Sure, but this is good enough for me to for a long time.
2) OPEN: I have been using video interviews more and more, and would absolutely love if they incorporated video into the platform or at the very least made it easy for me to incorporate third-party video interview providers. This is becoming more important for us. I know this is a major feature, but with so many applicants now this has become something that is hard for us not to use, more and more.
3) PARTIAL: The email system WAS difficult to use. I just logged in and it's gotten a lot better. I'm still confused on how to implement some of it but it looks like has definitely improved. Note: they allow connection to some third-party email platforms like SendGrid. For me, I don't want to have to spin up another email provider when I've already got one (loops). Either make the email integration universal or let me configure the email templates within the Dropboard platform.
4) DONE: It would be really nice if I could add a couple of custom questions to the application process so I can do very quick screens. A lot of other application platforms let me do this.
5) OPEN: Minor issue but it would be great if I could do more custom aesthetic updates to the job portal. Right now the customizations are fairly limited. Of everything on this list, this is the least important but would be nice if I could style things a little closer to my website aesthetic.

Guys, after 6 months search still doesn't see through CVs wording. Also, no other platforms connected like LI or Indeed. When can we see these features implemented?
Differently, it would mean you just built a database with unreadable attachments...that is not useful to recruiters. UI is simple and clear but...

This product is insane. Like seriously, it is absolutely bonkers in HOW AMAZING IT IS.

I'm going to cut to the chase. If you are a Recruiting Agency, a Recruiter, or just the HR guy in your business, you NEED this product. There are a LOT of HR/staffing SaaS products that come through AppSumo, but this one does everything so beautifully with its whitelabeling that I would say this is a market leader for anything under an Enterprise level solution.

This was JUST the solution that significantly improved the professionality of my staffing website. Dropboard creates a cohesive portal that lists jobs beautifully and easily, and allows client companies to log in and make posts/edits as they see fit. I can't express enough how much this product will change your hiring processes.

I work in recruitment (consulting, I don't recruit). It means I spend a lot of time reviewing applicants, but the way they are set to me is laborious. I get zip files with a CSV and a bunch of applications. I have wanted a way to use an ATS that wasn't extra time consuming.

Colin is an incredible founder. His youtube videos are thorough, transparent af and genuinely helpful. I have contacted him multiple times, via youtube comments, email and even on the AS question page here for his product. He's really invested in this, and he is so genuine.

I explained my pain point re uploading bulk candidates, and I am not suggesting he made the recent update for me, but I can tell you right now I will be using it!!

I know how much other products cost - 'jobadder', 'e-recruit' etc. Even at the monthly subscription rate, this is so much better in terms of cost to benefit ratio. Like erecruit and job-adder might send text message updates or whatever the heck to candidates, but honestly that's such a small thing in comparison to usability and convenience that they lack in being clunky products. The UI on dropboard is flawless. The learning curve was small. I haven't used it to its full potential yet, because I have been busy with work, but I actually can't wait to implement this for my business and encourage my clients to purchase it (I have the recruiter level tier, but he deserves the buy-in and I only plan to use the client features on smaller companies that likely can't afford it, but for the government agencies I work with - I will strongly be pushing for them to consider changing over to dropboard).

Anyway, this is a long one - if you've stuck with me this far and you deal with recruitment, Dropboard is a gamechanger.
