"Analytics is under maintenance, some stats might not be available. Please use Google Analytics plugin for analytics data."

Customer service keeps responding in the same way.

What can you tell us about this?

Analytics are fundamental in an e-commerce platform — you can't simply say "use Google Analytics" :-) !
