Every time I try to use it I have to move away...
I bought into this deal years ago, I tried to use it on quite a few project ,but I always had to shut down the account and go to other eCommerce platform. There is always a reason that make this platform unusable, apparently you can't even edit the content of the order confirmation email. It doesn't connect to any automation platform. Support is inexistent, emailed them so many time but never got one single answer. Save your money...

If you're based in Scandinavia/Northern Europe, proceed with caution!
Update: Downgrading my review to just 1 taco. After seeing my review, the founders have neither commented, acknowledged, nor promised improvements. They don't care and therefore I cannot reccomend Dukaan. It's useless to me!
The core product is solid, however, there are some annoying shortcomings to overcome before you'd feel confident launcing your shop or reselling as an agency.
1. Lack of founder responsiveness and attentiveness. I currently have 2 pending posts waiting for admin approval in the VIP Dukaan community (Facebook group) since 23 March 2025.
2. Yes, there are >100 languages, but until now some of the translations of labels, buttons, functions, etc. is poorly done, especially the Scandinavian ones.
3. Lack of relevant shipping courier plugins for Scandinavia (and possible also Northern Europe) I've suggested implementation of Shipmondo.com, but currently there is only Goshippo.com.
4. Some of the pro templates are not available to AppSumo LTD customers. Strange place to limit use.

Hindered by Glitches and Poor Support
After over a year of using Dukaan to manage my online store, I’ve experienced both its strengths and glaring weaknesses. While the platform serves basic e-commerce needs efficiently—offering user-friendly setup, decent customization, and essential features for beginners—its long-term reliability and support leave much to be desired.
The Good:
Dukaan’s interface is intuitive, making it easy for newcomers to launch a store quickly. The tiered pricing plans (including Tier 3, which I subscribed to) promise scalability, and features like plugin integrations initially seemed promising for growing businesses. For simple product listings, order management, and basic marketing tools, it gets the job done.
The Bad:
Unfortunately, persistent bugs plague the platform. Plugins and critical features frequently malfunction, and when they do, getting support is nearly impossible. For a paid user on a higher-tier plan, the lack of responsive customer service is unacceptable. There were instances where my store became unusable for days due to technical issues, with no guidance or timely fixes from the team. This unreliability undermines trust in the platform, especially for businesses relying on consistent uptime.
I have decided to move main store to wix

OTP Issue - No Proper Customer Support
The WhatsApp OTP feature in Dukaan stores is not functioning as expected. I reported this issue 8 months ago, but it still remains unresolved and there wasn't any response regarding that even after multiple emails. Typically, Dukaan stores, especially in India, send OTPs via SMS for login. If the SMS delivery fails, customers are offered the option to receive the OTP via WhatsApp. However, when users select this WhatsApp OTP option, no OTP is actually sent, even though the dashboard shows "WhatsApp OTP sent successfully." This issue affects all Dukaan stores, and you can confirm this by testing it on any Dukaan demo site or even your own store—it simply doesn’t work. As a result, customers are forced to rely entirely on a stable network connection to receive OTPs via SMS, limiting their ability to log in when SMS delivery fails.
So, if you're running a store built with Dukaan, be aware that the WhatsApp OTP feature will not function properly, despite what the dashboard indicates. If this issue is resolved, I will change the rating to 5. I also feel like they gonna be shutting down soon as their roadmap has nothing and no updates for the past 9 months. Please update your changelog properly if there is an update.
Apart from that rest things are fine.
