Promising Start: Solid Email Delivery with Room to Grow
While my initial experience with this tool had a few hiccups, their support team was incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Since then, I've been using it to send emails to my opt-in list, and I'm pleased with the smooth delivery and double-digit open rates. I also use an email verifier to monitor and ensure new opt-in emails are clean without invalid or unsafe addresses.
Compared to other email marketing tools I've used, this tool is still developing its feature set. However, it meets my current needs, and I appreciate its straightforward approach.
What truly excites me is the potential I see in this software. I'm confident that with continued development, Dynosend will become a robust and feature-rich platform. I'm "all in" on its future success!

A clean and well-designed tool. Some glitches gave it potentially bad reviews from the start, but they were very quick to fix those (emails sent multiple times for the same user). Compared to other email marketing tools here, their offer is very generous without forced branding logos. I'm not a heavy email marketing user; I bought it to replace my current subscription (small pool of emails). I can't give an in-depth technical review in that sense.
But I like their no-BS attitude toward cold outreach—the only thing that matters to me is deliverability. I don't want to share the same servers with spammers.
At least their own newsletter emails don't go to my spam folder, which is a good sign.
Only time will tell if I'm wrong.

I use GetResponse and have a 100% double opt-in list. I have imported 5500 contacts and they are all active in GetResponse! The first campaign I sent with Dynosend was sent 13000!!! times, so each contact received the mail 2 or 3 times! But what was even worse was the bounce rate! How can it be that I have 0% bounce rate with GetResponse and more than 10% with Dynosend! The same list also has a 0% bounce rate with Zagomail (Appsumo)! My account was suspended because of the bounce rate. But I can prove that all contacts are my own customers, confirmed by double opt-in. So my recommendation, stay away from this software, absolutely horrible way to chase away your own customers. This was one of the worst purchases of my life on Appsumo.

We’d like to clarify a few points to address your review. Email metrics, such as opens and clicks, may sometimes show inflated numbers because certain email clients scan links for security purposes. However, unique opens and clicks on our dashboard reflect legitimate user actions, providing an accurate representation.
I am beyond frustrated with Dynosend. After years of purchasing apps through AppSumo, this has to be the worst experience we've ever had. We imported around 500 test contacts from our Mailchimp e-commerce database and sent out a newsletter, only to be blindsided by an 11% bounce rate. We’ve never had issues like this with Mailchimp!
What really irked me was how Dynosend sent out all the emails at once within a minute, unlike Mailchimp, which spreads it out more responsibly. This morning, we received a termination notice from Dynosend, citing a violation of their TOS because of that 11% bounce rate. Seriously?! They didn’t even bother to give us a warning or any guidance on how to handle bounced emails before yanking our account.
Yes, there's the 60-day refund option through AppSumo, but that doesn’t change how utterly disappointing this whole experience has been. It’s crucial for companies to communicate better and offer proper support in situations like this. Instead, we're left scrambling for our money back while Dynosend just brushes us off. What a mess!

Unprofessional, disappointing, worst Appsumo purchase
