Q: send sms via make?
Hi - we currently send our sms's out via webhook to make.com which does so processing and then sends to twillio. Inbound is reverse.
Can ETM's api send and recieve via make so we can use our existing system?

Dec 17, 2024A: Yes we have an API so you can integrate with other platforms. You still need a gateway like Twilio of course. Our platform gives you the tools to make text marketing easy. While you can integrate with Make, you won’t need to do that to send text via our platform. You just connect to Twilio and you’ll be good to go. However, you can still connect to make or other platforms using API or webhooks to create more complex automations

MatKoenigPLUSThanks for clarifying your question. You do need to connect Twilio to us directly. That said, you can use a webhook instead Make to pull data OUT of our platform and push it to MAKE. If you’re familiar with how to build APIs, you’d can use our API documentation and build an API in Make that can push data IN to our platform. I hope that clarifies the answer. Have a blessed day!
