Q: Sending space invitation & permission

Hello, in the next version of Edworking, I hope to see the ability to send a Space invitation to a new member and immediately decide it permission and not after.
What the difference between Basic & Admin in permissions ?
I tested and found a bug: when a member wants to change the name of the space and update it, this ejects him from the space. With my onwer email, I resend the invitations back, but it's impossible to click on the link in the notification to accept the invitation to the space for the ejected user ;-)
If a member of one of my spaces creates a new space, I won't see it because it will be a free trial space (I'm Tier 5)? I want to keep control of all the spaces that have the characteristics of my unlimited plan !
it would be nice to suggest adding a new image after accepting a new member's invitation to a space ;-)
Merci Fred

A: Hi Fred,

Thanks for your detailed feedback and suggestions! We really appreciate users like you who help us improve Edworking.

Space Invitations & Permissions – We understand the importance of setting permissions immediately when inviting a new member. This is something we’re considering for future updates, and I’ll pass your suggestion to the team.

Basic vs. Admin Permissions – At the moment, Admin and Basic permissions are the same, but we’re working on improving this distinction later this year to provide more control and flexibility.

Bug: Space Name Update Issue – That definitely sounds like an issue! We’ll investigate why renaming the space causes an ejection and why the re-invitation link isn’t working as expected. Thanks for reporting this—we’ll prioritize a fix.

Free Trial Spaces & Tier 5 Plan – it won’t have any extra cost for you. Additionally, if someone external is invited, you’ll be able to see them, as they will appear in your workspace, making it easier to track all spaces and members under your plan.

Adding an Image After Accepting an Invitation – That’s a great idea! A visual identity for each space can be helpful, and I’ll suggest it to our product team for consideration.

We truly appreciate your insights, Fred! If you come across any other issues or have more ideas, feel free to reach out.

I found out why I can't open invitation when I'm logged in with the new user: I was on another Workspace that I didn't create, bug ?
I understand that you want to keep the white labelling for the subscription offer, but it's really confusing to have all workspaces named “Edworking”. It would be nice to be able to add the workspace name for Appsumo plans after “Edworking XXX” ;-)
