Q: Question on sending accounts

Hi, I currently have 27 sending accounts on my own and looking to add 9 more to have 36 total.

My question is, in order to monitor my clients' email accounts, can the sending accounts being monitored be changed at any point?

For example, tier 3 has 60 sending accounts in Blacklist Shield as its limit, from which 36 spaces will always be used by my own accounts leaving me with 24 spaces to monitor the other ones. Can I delete (old) and add (new) sending accounts every month as long as I always stay under the 60 limit on tier 3?

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, our system doesn’t support the process you mentioned. We have safeguards in place to ensure that the number of accounts being monitored doesn’t exceed your allowed limit.

Therefore, this won’t be possible.

Hi Ash, that wasn't my question. If you look at it, you can see I mentioned "always stay under the 60 limit"

What I'm asking is if we can change the emails to be monitored with the Blacklist Shield every so often. Always staying within the limits of the tier we buy.

I'm asking as I have clients and would like to use this tool to monitor their emails too, but would need to rotate the emails.

Hi,

Apologies if I wasn't clear.

You cannot delete and add sending accounts to be under the limit. We have checks in place that won't monitor the blacklists after a certain number. This restriction can be lifted once you raise a support request.
