So here's the deal:

We don’t have a native integration with Brilliant Directories specifically, but Encharge works with a ton of tools through:
• Zapier
• Pabbly
• Integrately
• Webhooks

If Brilliant Directories supports any of those—or even just webhook notifications when something happens on your site—you should be able to connect it up to Encharge and automate your marketing flows from there 💥

We also support native forms (as of April 2025), so if you’re capturing emails or form submissions on your Brilliant Directories site, you can send those into Encharge using:
• Our “Form Submitted” trigger
• Or the direct HTML embed from Encharge's native forms

Not every combo will be plug-and-play, but if your goal is to automate follow-up emails or marketing journeys from actions that happen on your BD site, it’s very doable with a little setup.

If you let us know exactly what you’d want to trigger (like: “New member signs up,” or “Someone fills out a contact form”), we can help guide the best connection method.
