Q: Extremely slow development Concern

I am using encharge since 2021. While I liked the app initially, but development was extremely slow always since old appsumo campaign. I believe there was one person team only who used to do everything, that made development too slow. Thats not how you make great product. Old management did not care about customer feature voting request. By now encharge should have released 3 times features than initial product release.

Do you have a new development roadmap? Specially 3 months or 6 months plan?

We buy half done product at the beginning with heavy discounted price hoping this product will be developed and mature within a few years. But so far its very disappointing.

I want to upgrade to tier 6, but I have no confidence on team. Hope you guys will have atleast 3 to 4 devs in the team.

A: Hey AAAA — really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Totally hear you on the frustration. You're not alone in feeling let down by the slow pace of development over the past few years.

Encharge was indeed mostly built and run by a very small team during the original LTD campaign. That came with strengths (tight focus, clean product) but also serious tradeoffs — especially when it came to feature velocity and customer feedback getting implemented.

Fast-forward to 2025, and the company is now under new ownership. We weren’t involved in the decisions made in 2021–2024, but we are working to change course. That means bringing in more people, improving support, and being more transparent about what’s next.

We’re not sharing a fixed roadmap right now because priorities shift, and we don’t want to commit to something we may change direction on later. But we are actively listening, building, and shipping — and you can follow the feature board here if you're curious:

We also understand hesitation around upgrading. If you decide to stick with your current tier, we respect that 100%. If you do go for Tier 6, just know it includes WooCommerce (if that’s relevant to your stack).

Again, thanks for being real. We’re not here to hype — just trying to do right by folks who took a chance early on.
