Q: Please be clear
I have been waiting for encharge to come back and be able to full stack... but
What I understand is you removed features included in the previous deal. So just to be clear:
1. If we got 1-4 tier from previouse deal can we upgrade and get new limits whitout losing functionalities included in the previous deal?
2. If we got tier 5 from previous deal the recomendation is get a new plan, right?

1. If you have Tier 1–4 from the 2021 deal and upgrade now to a 2025 plan, do you lose any functionality from the original deal?
→ No, you don’t lose access to the original limits or features.
If you upgrade to a 2025 AppSumo tier (through your AppSumo account), you will be on the newer Growth plan, and it may look like some features are missing. But don’t worry — we’ve made sure all 2021 buyers retain their legacy limits and bonuses.
✅ If you notice anything missing after the upgrade, just email us at support@encharge.io and we’ll restore your original entitlements manually. This only applies to 2021 users who upgrade — and yes, we’ll honor your full benefits.
2. If you already have Tier 5 from the 2021 deal — should you upgrade to a new plan?
→ You can, but it’s usually not necessary.
Tier 5 from 2021 already gives you: • 25,000 subscribers
• Up to 12 subaccounts
• Event-based segmentation (a Premium feature that was unlocked for 2021 Tier 5 buyers)
So if you're happy with those limits — you’re golden! If you need more than 25k subscribers or something like WooCommerce (which was never part of the original deal), then yes, you might want to consider Tier 6 of the new deal — or just pay for the overage with a 50% discount on a Growth subscription. That discount is available only to LTD buyers, and you can apply it in your Billing section.
