Q: WooCommerce, Shopify, and WhatsApp

Hello I have 3 questions:
1. Can you share more details about the WooCommerce integration? What are the triggers, conditions, etc that can be used?
2. Is it possible to easily send automated WhatsApp transactional messages for an e-commerce store with Encharge?
3. Do you plan to integrate with Shopify?

A: Hey there soyoo.re 🙌 Thanks for the thoughtful questions! Let’s break it down:

1. WooCommerce Integration — what’s included?
WooCommerce is available only on Tier 6 for the 2025 AppSumo campaign. It’s a native integration, not just webhooks or Zapier. Once connected, you can use: • Triggers like “Order Created” and “Order Completed”
• Conditions based on product name, price, and customer details
• Actions like tagging users, sending emails, or entering them into flows

This lets you do stuff like:
• Send post-purchase nurture emails
• Trigger review requests X days after purchase
• Offer special discounts based on product categories

2. WhatsApp — transactional messages?
As of now, Encharge doesn’t offer native WhatsApp integration. You can send WhatsApp messages via Twilio (or a 3rd-party bridge like Pabbly, Make, or Zapier), but it’s not plug-and-play, and transactional logic would require some custom setup.
If native WhatsApp support is important, please upvote it here: https://feedback.encharge.io/feature-requests

3. Shopify — is it coming?
We get this question a lot 😅 And we totally hear you. Right now, Shopify is not available as a native integration. We’re reviewing it seriously as we speak — but given the scope and how high the bar is, we don’t want to commit until we’re 100% sure we can deliver something solid.

That said, many users are currently working around this using: • Shopify → Zapier → Encharge
• Shopify webhook → Make.com → Encharge
• Shopify forms/pages → “Form Submitted” trigger

So yes, you can connect data from Shopify, it just takes a little manual setup for now.

Let us know if you want a specific use case broken down in more detail!!
And if you end up going with Tier 6, the WooCommerce integration really opens things up for serious eCommerce flows 🚀

Thanks again for checking out Encharge!!

Thank you do you accept incoming webhooks to trigger workflows? If yes is there a reason why you mention that people use Shopify webhook -> Make -> Encharge and not just Shopify webhook -> Encharge?

Hey! Yep — Encharge does support incoming webhooks directly 🙌 We mentioned Make/Zapier just because they’re easier for most folks to use with Shopify. But if you're comfortable sending raw webhooks from Shopify, go for it! Just include an email or user ID so we can match the contact ✅

will woocommerce integration have a trigger for certain -products- purchased and the order status of those products (pending, completed, etc)? We use bitintegrations to great effect presently and they allow for very granular triggers with woocommerce. Will encharge stop at "order created" or will the triggers be more granular? thank you

Great question — and yep, we’re planning to go beyond just “Order Created” 🙌

Right now, WooCommerce (on Tier 6) supports:
• Triggers like “Order Created” and “Order Completed”
• Conditions like product name, price, and customer details

But we’re working to support:
• Triggers based on specific products purchased
• Logic tied to order status per item (e.g. “Pending”, “Completed”)
