Frustrating experience

Day One

I created a profile. I tried to redeem AppSumo. Looked successful I'm still asked to upgrade to a Pro Plan. Spent fifteen minutes trying to fill the minimum requirements to be able to use my profile. Still can't use Ayda, still asked to upgrade to Pro Plan.

Submit a support ticket asking for help with my account.

Day Two

Tried to use LinkedIn profile import. Fails with message "URL does not exist". Double check my public LinkedIn profile in a private browser window. Loads fine.

No answer from Enquire support. No doubt the founder Brian is overwhelmed as his address is the support address.

At this point nothing works, I have about forty minutes invested in time wasting. AppSumo should really tighten up the onboarding process with AppSumo product developers. There should be one procedure, all developers should follow it, if there's any bugs, they get caught before all of us weirdos who like to spend time and money on unfinished apps, waste hours of their time just trying to set up their accounts.

If Brian wants people to create new accounts to use Enquire only (free accounts can't use it), then he should send an error message when the code is applies (I created the account just a few minutes before buying, to be honest I wanted to test Ayda at least once before buying). I can't really create another account as I used LinkedIn as my login method.

Speaking of which, if I've used LinkedIn to login, it should be easy and almost automatic for Enquire to pull my professional profile. An extra function to do so is fine, but then that function should work.

Almost everything is broken at Enquire.ai and help is not easily forthcoming. It's probably not worth even trying to test, unless you have time to waste on your hands.

This experience should be one star, but I'll give an extra star for the cool idea of turning LinkedIn articles and blogs into a giant AI search engine.
