Q: A yearly payment was announced.
When I created a new shop, I received an announcement for an annual subscription payment. Previously, I always received an announcement for a monthly subscription. Both variants are wrong and after a lot of back and forth and a lot of stress, I was told how to set up a new shop so that no payment notifications are sent. I followed all the instructions. However, the threat of subscription payments makes me sweat every month, there is no end to it, what do I do now to avoid these payment threats? As you know, I purchased a Tier 5 license.

The alerts you are receiving are normal because we are required to issue invoices. However, as long as you follow the proper procedure when creating new shops and apply your AppSumo code correctly, the invoices should show a total of €0.
