Q: Unable to Log into App Using Email

Hi,

I tried to log into the app on my phone yesterday, but after clicking the link in the login email, the app opened and then returned to the login screen. I attempted this several times with no success. What should I do?

A: Hi there! It sounds like the login link you received is tied to the device where you requested it. If you requested the link on a desktop, it won't work on your phone. To log in on your mobile app, please request the email link from the app's login screen, then open your email on your phone and click the link—it should open the app automatically. After trying various methods, I found that it seems to be due to insufficient phone memory, causing the app to close when switching. As a result, when clicking the link to return to the app, it leads to a cold start of the app.
