I've recently purchased Tier 3 of FastTrackr AI to evaluate its potential use within my company. After initial testing, I have a couple of questions:
Does the system have access to date information in any capacity? Is it possible to customize the phone number associated with the AI bot? Can we receive emails with specific keywords in them, for example, "status" or "report"?

Each subscription is live with one mobile number, if you want to change your connected mobile number just write us at support@fasttrackr.ai and we'll change that. By "data," I meant personal data and any general data that the bot has access to. Regarding the email, I did see that the bot can check the email, but I have to ask it. I want to receive that information as soon as I have an email in my inbox containing a specific narrative, keyword, or something that the bot can identify.
Q: Stella Vs FastTracker
Hi can you clarify the difference in between Stella and Fasttracker ? Is there any reason why we are not seeing Stella here? Will Stella get updates that Fasttracker won't?
A: Hello Ciprian, We are rebranding FastTrackr to Stella, we've not changed it on Appsumo as our WhatsApp agent is still called FastTrackr and it might cause confusion. You'll still keep all the features and soon we'll change the brand name on Appsumo too.
Will you be exanding from whatsapp to telegram and further? I just dont like using that plattfrom could you be standalone in the future? What's on the roadmap? ty
A: We have Telegram and standalone app in the roadmap but that is in Q2, currently we are focusing on taking Outlook integration live. Should you have any other query pls write us at support@fasttrackr.ai
