Q: Just got tier 3 to test this out
I've recently purchased Tier 3 of FastTrackr AI to evaluate its potential use within my company. After initial testing, I have a couple of questions:
Does the system have access to date information in any capacity?
Is it possible to customize the phone number associated with the AI bot?
Can we receive emails with specific keywords in them, for example, "status" or "report"?

Can you pls elaborate what you mean by date information, not able to understand.
Each subscription is live with one mobile number, if you want to change your connected mobile number just write us at support@fasttrackr.ai and we'll change that. If you're talking about having a new AI bot then we'll have to understand what you want and we can build a custom one for you.
Yes, you can retrieve emails by asking FastTrackr to look for these keywords in the email.

By "data," I meant personal data and any general data that the bot has access to. Regarding the email, I did see that the bot can check the email, but I have to ask it. I want to receive that information as soon as I have an email in my inbox containing a specific narrative, keyword, or something that the bot can identify.
