It works, though could be improved
This is a simple tool that provides a few polling methods that benefit me as a trainer. When I cannot use Zoom's polling features or if I'm doing an in-person session, I like to use Feedbeo. I haven't been able to use it many times, though it gets the job done. I prefer Zoom's advanced polling because it helps me keep most of my client data in the same place, though it's easy enough to export the results with this tool, too. There are things I can do with Feedbeo, like word clouds, that I can't do with Zoom.
It's four tacos because while the UX and UI have improved since I first purchased this long ago, 1) the Feedbeo logo and company name take up too much real estate - especially in the TV view. 2) You can't have your logo on the TV view. 3) There are minimal customization options. 4) When loading your logo and selecting a background, it's unclear that these will be on separate live views. 5) You cannot edit the user's experience in which they vote, write, etc., except to upload your logo, and Feedbeo's logo still shows. 6) There are no universal or event-specific settings, such as hiding the live view of results for polls by default.
It's a great tool for the price, though I would love to see more features and development.

Really impressive!
I've always liked the idea of a Kahoot during my online English lessons, but always found it overwhelming and really awkward to setup. So I'm happy to say that this app has really pleasantly surprised me. Failed during my event
App freezes after 14 user feedback. Very disappointing since this occurred during a 60 people event.

At the time of your review we were migrating our data, since our users had outgrown our serverās infrastructure, so most likely that caused some kind of problem.
However, that wonāt happen again. We fixed the issue and the events now allow for hundreds of participants at the same time, updating everything instantly....

Simple & Clean
Excellent polling tool - simple, clean, intuitive, with responsive support. Few limitations: does not show all data and graphs on printout, and can't open all questions at once like in a survey, etc. If you need a basic, intuitive polling tool - Feedbeo is a top choice.

Regarding the data and graphs not showing on the printout, we were made aware of that by other users and fixed it. If you want to print all the results, you can click on the arrow (on the right) of the question, so it opens all results options and then print the information.
