A: The bots are limited to the information you provide and do not have web browsing capabilities. However, with our experimental "workspace" feature, allows internet browsing for queries that require it. This feature doesn't consume your account credits and can be especially useful for everyday needs.

You can customize your personal assistant to handle a wide range of data-related tasks. For instance, you can train your assistant using specific documents relevant to your work. As an example, we trained one of our assistants to support us with the AppSumo integration. Similarly, you can tailor your assistant to assist with other tasks as well

The integrations you mention refer to widgets. Our bots can insert widgets directly into the chat window. For instance, when scheduling an appointment, our assistant can integrate a Calendly widget. Or, it can provide a Google Maps widget to make it easier for users to find the destination. TradingView widgets allows to include a financial news widget or currency pair widget

The widgets are external tools designed to help your clients interact with your business. In addition to these, we offer back-end integrations with systems like AmoCRM, HelpScout, and Zendesk, and custom integrations with Webhooks. In our upcoming updates, we’re excited to introduce integrations with WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram.
