what do you mean by 15 assistants (monthly)? does this mean you get 15 extra assistants every month ?

Hi would you consider dropping your price? I am interested in tier two but find it pricey for just 15 bots.
1. Why does Fineguide assume that a two (2) page PDF (with normal font size) is 13 pages (context pages), while a one (1) page PDF is considered 16 pages (context pages)? Why? I don't get it. 2.
