Fantastic AI Chat Tool - I can't wait to see how they progress and grow

Fineguide provides a simple to use and fully customisable AI chatbot widget. You have full control over the colours, branding, the LLM its uses, the type of chatbot you want it to be such as customer support, sales etc. You can also make choices around the chatbots personality.

Training your chatbot can be done by uploading documents or providing links to your content such as a website or online store.

The responses I have seen during testing have been great and the fact it even provides links to my calendar so people can book appointments, compare products and show visitors resources within the chat is great. I can see how this could be so valuable to someone with an online shop.

Fineguide integrates with Zendesk and Helpscout which wasn't any good for me as I don't use those tools but it also provides an outgoing webhook so I was able to fire this off to my CRM whenever a ticket was created for human interaction. This works flawlessly and sends all the information I need to Go High Level - which is the CRM I use. I have this fire off a workflow automation and I can reply to the visitor via email. It works well.

Obviously there are features I feel are missing and I would love to see in the future - which I am sure will come in time.

Although you can view the chats in real time in the dashboard, you can't take over a chat. I would love to be able to join and reply to chats from the dashboard.

It is the same with Tickets - which are when users request human support. You can view them and mark them as resolved but you cannot reply to them from the dashboard. Not a massive problem for me or anyone that uses a CRM that can receive a webhook as you can deal with them directly. This does at least keep all my leads in one place, which is good. I do want to see the "contact support" form which is currently within the widgets menu be incorporated into the AI's abilities. For instance, if a user was asking to speak to a human or if the AI couldn't help or answer a question - placing the form within the chat box would be fantastic.

I would also love to see a public roadmap so we can propose new features and improvements plus see what the team working on and what has been released.

Overall, Fineguide provides an accessible, easy to use and customisable AI chatbot tool that can enable a 24/7 customer support/sales opportunity without the costs associated with employing people. Yes there are more advanced platforms out there but they are complicated with to many options for most. Fineguide would suit a small business, solopreneur, ecommerce shop etc. If you are looking for a platform you can resell then personally I think there are other platforms out there that you should consider.

I would 100% recommend this product to other small business owners and cannot wait to see what's next for this platform. I'm in for Tier 3 which is more than I need but I want to support the platform. Keep up the great work.
