Thank you for letting us know the problems you are facing. We wanted to make it as simple as possible for clients to set up an assistant without too much hassle. That's why we created custom prompts for a set of roles that we thought would most likely save clients time in setting up an assistant. However, we also left the option to fully control the bot's behavior.

To do this, please consider using the Generic option for the Role and use the Custom Prompts from the Account Persona tab (the red box marked as "Danger Zone").

Please let us help you set up your assistant. While we may lack some UX, I'm sure you will be pleased with the quality of our assistants once you get used to the specifics of our platform.
