At the moment, First Book ai only supports English. That said, adding more languages (including German) is something we’re actively exploring for Q3/Q4, as it’s one of the most requested features from our users.

And yes — as long as your topic fits within the non-fiction/business category, you can absolutely use First Book ai to write about health-related topics, especially if you're focusing on education, strategy, or professional insights.

You can also create unlimited outlines to test your ideas and only generate your full book when you're 100% happy with the structure.
