I like how the customer support team has been very responsive to my questions and helped me with my questions. The step by step process to complete the book is refreshing and the fact that they are working on new features for a better experience in the future is exciting. I'm happy that I took up this offer and can't wait to see what new features they are working on. I used a book generator in the past and it was too complex and the UI was horrible. This is much better and refreshing. I'm hoping that it helps with my career and that I can be seen as a project matter expert. If you are want to get a book in your name, give this a shot!!
