Q: How long will it take to show new messages in the social hub?
I already integrated the social media account and sent a test message from a different account to check if the message board on the social hub is working. But there was no message, even after one hour. What can I do to improve that or did I forgot something during the setup?
Facebook Messages are coming through... instagram messages not
I already checked all the access rights.... and it says that followr is allowed to connect to instagram messages and comments...so maybe there is an issue with the software at some point. looking forward for help.
