Q: HTML Embed
For the white Label, if we are embedding, then we need to have a published website to add the html code snippet into page? or is this done on a server level if we created the sub domain, but no website is published on a subdomain?

Apr 25, 2025A: Yes — you’ll need to have a published page where you can insert the HTML embed. It doesn’t have to be a full website; the page can be completely empty except for the embed code. But there has to be some place to host the HTML.
So, if you've created a subdomain but haven’t published anything there yet, you’ll need to publish at least one basic page to paste the embed into.
