A: If you purchased 5 codes, then all 50 users should have access to Followr without any additional payment. If this isn't happening, please send an email to hello@followr.ai explaining the issue, and we’ll assist you. Make sure you add those 50 users e-mails to each company of your account

What might be happening is that your users run out of the free premium credits for AI image providers. We’ve provided free credits for testing, but once they’re used up, you’ll need to purchase more. The Followr PLUS subscription, which is just $99 annually, gives you access to these credits with virtually no limits.

That said, PLUS is not mandatory for you or your users. You can still fully use Followr and all its features without the premium AI providers—just with some limitations on those particular tools.
