A: We are currently updating our roadmap, and you’ll be able to find it where it was before – either in our Sleekplan or a newTrello board. The Sleekplan link is here: https://followr.sleekplan.app/ where you’ll be able to see votes for upcoming developments and have the opportunity to create posts. Posts can also be report of bugs. We read everything and continuously update it. The roadmap should be updated there, probably by next week, with new features and improvements. Alternatively, it may be on Trello; we’re still deciding.

I like the idea of a group for communication. We’ve been focusing on developments recently, so we haven’t had time for that. I’ve mainly been communicating with users via email, chats and meetings when necessary, but I personally like the idea of a Discord server. Once the support load decreases, I’ll definitely set it up and invite everyone, especially Tier 10 users.

Regarding bugs, we’re aware that launching new features can bring some issues. We have the email available for reporting bugs, and we’re working hard to address them.
