Auto Schedule Performing Poorly
Hi Team, I am a tier 6 purchaser of your product and using it for a while. It has many good things but there are a few bad I want to mention which are hampering my daily usage and reliability of the product.
Firstly, I should have contacted the support but through the app chat I couldn't find the way to send a message to a support desk. Please let me know how to do that and also make it a bit more user-friendly to do so.
Secondly, the reason I wanted to raise a support ticket is the scheduler is performing inconsistently. I am not sure why it is not randomly skipping publishing content and pushing it back to a later date. I have created my own scheduling rules and it is a wonderful feature. Can you please check why it is inconsistent.
