Formberry Questions

Really like this platform, but it needs a few things for me to buy. I need to create a form with a full background image that can host multiple questions. It would need conditional logic within the same form for better info. Last, the mapping would have to be changed. I only get conditional mapping for some questions not all -- and with the conditional logic, it would need to be able to prompt when to end the form too. I'm sure formberry has this last feature, but i'll mention it anyway. I would need field/data mapping for each question i insert. I use airtable and saw it's an integration so that's probably not an issue. You guys have the look i need so i'm very interested. Video would be nice too

So I offer Continuing Education. I am currently using Google Forms and have an extension that will send my participants thier attendance certificate via email upon completion of the sign out form. But there is always at least 1 person that the form does not work for unless they log into their Google Account. (Yes I know, I have the settings set correctly to prevent this) Can Formberry send an auto response that is the attendance certificate?

Could you add PayPal Square raise or pay something other than stripe thank you.

I have purchased the single code option however I was supposed to choose the 2 code to ensure the branding has been removed.
