Is it possible to link records of one form to other form?
For example consider two forms 1. Employee Form 2. Appraisal form

Employee fill the employee details form.
Manager wants to give appraisal to the employees but he does not want to fill all the details. Just by entering the employee name or employe code, all the employee fields should be populated from employee form. And then the manager can give the appraisal. Is it possible Sir?
