Q: HTML Respondent Email Notifications
Hi, I would like to use HTML for the respondent email notifications so that the emails look polished/designed.
Is it possible? I've tried to paste the HTML directly, but it didn't work.

Apr 5, 2025A: Currently it is not pssible to use HTML for the email notifications but you can highlight the text and you’ll see a new menu - bold, italicize, underline, colour, highlight or add link (as available for question text - link below)

Got it. Any suggestions on integrations or expected development of this feature? It would be nice to have like workflows with delays between each campaign, and we could use HTML with dynamic tags from the submitted forms.
If you’d like to have a custom workflows then you can possibly connect with other 3rd party tools (Gmail, Mailchimp etc) via Google Sheet/Zapier.
