I didn't expect it to go like this
Honestly not very satisfied, I tried to open a ticket a week ago and still have not received an answer, on the other hand the FraudBlocker reports are completely wrong, they detect threats avoided in Meta (where everything has been turned off for months) and do not detect any clicks from Google (where we spend €500/month).
The guys are very quick to respond here but apparently the same doesn't happen with tickets.
I sincerely hope it is all temporary and that I can update this review soon ;)

We're a bit behind on customer service. We have been #1 for sales across all of AppSumo nearly every day of our 2 week promotion.
The first week we were able to handle most of it, but the second week we started falling behind.
But I'm confident we'll catch up once our promo ends.
Regarding your particular issue, it sounds like you're account isn't connected or some other technical issue. I'll see if I can find any outstanding tickets that match your username.
