2) Reading through the reviews on here it seems support and getting back to people is a long wait and 1 star. Is your set-up just 1 or 2 people at the moment? Can you prioritise some time daily to check and provide feedback to users? Perhaps add an Ai chatbot on your website to answer some of the queries with the option to connect directly to email support ?
