Q: No response from support after purchase
I bought a product yesterday and have already contacted support without receiving any help. I would like to know why my code has not been activated as I am experiencing issues with the activation process.
I have tried sending emails to their support but have not received any response. The activation experience is quite confusing, and I believe they need to improve communication with users, especially after a purchase is made.
I hope this situation gets resolved soon, as I am eager to use the product I purchased.

There is an automated process to redeem by clicking the link provided by AppSumo - though I think we need to improve how this works as many do come across issues like yourself.
