I had a bit of a problem with activation so I sent a couple of emails and sent my info through the contact form on their site. Within a few hours they got it sorted out.

I haven't had much time to put this through all of it's paces but my initial impression is it is a great tool! Very detailed information is produced and it gives you suggestions to click and learn more or you can type your questions to continue on.

Looks good, I will be keeping this. If you are having issues with activation try using their contact form on the website.
