Purchased credits not being added to account
I recently purchased the Tier 3 plan, which has generally met our needs. However, when we exhausted our 30 monthly credits, I purchased additional credits that failed to appear immediately in my account.
After contacting support, they confirmed receipt of payment but informed me they were unable to add the credits to my account. This delay is significantly impacting our operations, as our test takers are receiving "insufficient credit" messages when attempting to take their tests.
